Your details
What we keep, and what we don’t.
The short version: we ask for what a booking needs and nothing else, we don’t track you around the internet, and we don’t sell anything to anybody.
What we ask for
When you book a scooter we ask for your name, an email address, the dates you want, and optionally a phone or WhatsApp number. If you choose delivery we also ask where you’re staying. That’s the whole list.
The phone number is optional and we only use it if we need to reach you on the day. We don’t ask for a passport number, a card number, or a date of birth, because a booking doesn’t need any of them.
Why we need it
To hold the right scooter for the right person on the right days, to send you a confirmation, and to find you again if you get in touch. Your booking reference is how you look it up later — there’s no account and no password, so there’s nothing of yours for anyone to break into.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets one cookie, and only for staff signing in to run the business. It holds a session and nothing else. As a customer, browsing and booking sets no cookie at all.
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no third-party scripts of any kind. The typefaces are served from this website rather than a font company, so nobody else sees that you visited.
That’s also why there’s no cookie banner asking your permission. There’s nothing here to ask permission for, and a banner that appears when it doesn’t need to just trains people to click through things without reading them.
Your light or dark preference is remembered by your own browser, on your own device. It never reaches us.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your booking details are held by us so we can hand you a scooter. We don’t sell them, rent them, or pass them to marketing companies, and we don’t use them to advertise to you anywhere else.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for our records and for anything that might come up afterwards — an insurance question, a dispute about a deposit. If you’d rather we removed your details sooner, ask and we will, unless there’s a live booking or an unresolved matter that needs them.
Asking us about your details
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 those are your rights, and we’d honour them regardless. Get in touch and we’ll sort it out — there’s no form to fill in.
